Robert N. Susko - Founder

With more than three decades of experience as a personal injury and workers compensation attorney, Robert N. Susko has established a great reputation with clients and within the legal community. Mr. Susko maintains a high level of ethics in pursuing his clients’ cases.

When Attorney Susko is not fighting for the rights of his clients, he devotes his time to his family and pets. He has even found time in his busy schedule to coach soccer and softball.

I’ve been injured in an auto accident. Do I need a lawyer?

I’ve just been injured in an auto accident. What should I do now?

CALL US IMMEDIATELY. The time right after the accident can be vital to your claim. Evidence is gathered, witnesses are interviewed and other case elements are developed. Also, there are time limits for making claims.

I was injured in an auto accident, but I think I may have been partly at fault. What should I do?

CALL US EVEN IF YOU THINK YOU WERE PARTIALLY AT FAULT. We may still be able to get you a recovery.

I’ve been injured at work. What should I do?

You must report any accident immediately, but not later than 30 days after the accident, to your employer, your employer’s representative, and your foreman or immediate supervisor. Failure to do so may result in losing your workers comp benefits. After you’ve reported your accident, call us immediately.

I was injured at work. Do I need a lawyer?
